This is a great choice of coaching for Teams of professionals. The ProStrength Team will help to unlock the potential and develop the strengths of Your team to achieve higher levels of performance and greater success. This coaching programme will support mastering individual talents and effective communication to build stronger teams.

About this coaching programme.

The ProStrength Team program focuses on utilizing the strengths of team members to achieve collective success. We will identify unique sets of strengths and talents of each individual in your team in order to unleash how they can be used more consciously to increase understanding of self and help to reach their full potential through the development and utilization of strengths. We will discover arising opportunities for cultivating new behaviours between Team Members.

How?

All of your team members and managers will receive a link to complete the psychometric assessment.

Each of individuals will receive your personal report by email within up to 7 calendar days of completion. The group report will be discussed on the group coaching session.

Each team members will be offered an individual coaching session to debrief and discuss findings of their psychometric assessments. The session will last up to 90 minutes.

We will agree on the date of the group session to focus on details from your team's assessments' findings and complete different group exercises improving team's communication awareness and aligned to your organisational values and team's goals.

What tools will be used?

All individual team members will complete the TTI Success Insights® DISC psychometric assessment, which measures Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. It will help to discover how Your Team Members respond to problems & challenges, to people & contact, to pace & consistency, to procedures & constraints. The DISC Team Report designed to explore the behavioural style of a group will be created based on individual assessments. Assessment results will be placed on the Success Wheel as a single report to better understand the collective behavioural style of Your team.

What's the cost?

Your investment in this team coaching depends on the size of the team and a number of coaching sessions required, and it starts at £980 (plus VAT) for a team of 4 members, inclusive of the personality profile assessments and the team report.
