Hi, My Name Is Emilia,

I'm Your Career Coach.

Why EMITY?

I created EMITY as I have always been passionate about development of the human potential by motivating and coaching individuals. I support my clients to bravely approach career challenges and welcome changes, and to continuously work on achieving their career goals with CLARITY, INTEGRITY and enhanced POSITIVITY.

HR professional by background.

I have 12 years of experience in the field of human resources, recruitment, training and coaching. I discovered my passion for HR when supporting managers with recruiting and training sales assistants when working in a beauty sector. Finding the aspect of discovering talents and developing individuals professionally satisfying and motivating, I decided to seek my own development pathways within the human recourses. I now work in the senior advisory role in the public sector, and I am a registered coach of the NHS Leadership Academy.

I believe in continuous learning.

I graduated from the programme of Culture Studies of University of Wroclaw (Poland). During my studies I have completed the make-up artistry diploma and started my professional journey working in the luxury beauty sector supporting sales, marketing and recruitment, and then transferred to recruitment agencies to start my professional HR adventure. I strongly believe that my unique set of knowledge, education and experience along with my interests in positive psychology enable me to provide the career coaching support on the professional level.

My passions influence my coaching.

I am passionate about different perspectives on cross-cultural communication, diversity and different cultures of our globalised world.
I deeply care about creating a climate of trust, confidence and openness during my coaching sessions, taking into consideration both cultural and religious background of my Coaching Clients.
Since my teenage years I have been interested in the holistic approach to life and positive psychology. I believe in the healing power of nature, art and meditation. Hence why I enrolled courses and completed programmes supporting my personal growth in this subject, such as The Intuitive Healing Diploma and The Energy Psychology & Holistic Healing Certification. I am also a member of The Healing Trust - The National Federation of Spiritual Healers (NFSH).
In my coaching programmes I try to introduce and include aspects of Indian Ayurvedic Chakras, Chinese Jing Luo, Japanese Zen, Islandic Innsæi, Danish Hygge and Finnish Sisu.
The bright blue colour in EMITY's logo reflects the chakram of throat and emphasis the importance of honest self-expression, positivity, sense of purpose, gratitude and calm communication in my coaching.

EMITY Career Caching Schedule

Firstly, we will connect and talk about Your coaching needs, so I know what career coaching solution would be the best for You and how I can support You with achieving Your goals.

We are going to agree on first session and discuss the schedule in advance (re frequency and days of the week).

Be ready to be open, honest and even vulnerable, as I will ask You many different questions and You will do most of the talking 🙂

I like to start every session with visualisation or meditative exercises - if this is not Your cup of tea, it's fine. We can skip it!

Expect some homework after each session. This is not going to be an exhaustive part of the coaching process, but will definitely require some time and attention outside of coaching sessions.

No matter what's Your time zone, we can discuss and agree our coaching schedule via online platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype or Meta (Facebook Messenger). If you live in South-East of UK, the face-to-face coaching is available (details to be discussed and agreed).

Have protected time for our coaching sessions as each one will last usually between 50-90minutes. Your financial investment is appropriate to the number of sessions of Your chosen EMITY coaching solution.

Coaching Tools

I will ask You to complete at least 2 scientifically validated psychometric assessments and You will have an opportunity to learn about Your personality type. The TTI Success Insights® DISC is available in a number of different versions specifically designed for different applications and in 47 languages.

The TalentPredix™ assessment and profile provide excellent insights into respondents’ top talents, career drivers, values, and potential performance limiters. TalentPredix™ uses behavioural science to provide an accurate and reliable measure individual's unique talents and strengths or underlying qualities that enable people to do their best work, potential limiters to peak performance including overused talents and weaker areas, motivations that guide people’s career choices and work preferences and fundamental beliefs that are most important to people to thrive at work.

MBTI®, The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, is a personality inventory based on the theory of psychological types described by Carl Gustav Jung. It indicates your personality preferences in 4 dimensions: Where you focus your attention, The way you take in information, How you make decisions and How you deal with the world. Each has assigned the letter and the four letters that make up your personality type can help you to understand yourself and your interactions with others.

NERIS Type Explorer® Scale is constructed on the Myers and Briggs theories without incorporated Jungian concepts of cognitive functions or their prioritization. They reworked and rebalanced the dimensions of the Big Five personality traits, which dominates modern psychological and social research, and introduced one more personality preference which signifies an individual’s response to coping with the stress. This section will describe five personality aspects that, when combined, define the personality type: Mind, Energy, Nature, Tactics and Identity.

The Keirsey Questionnaire called also the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, is the 70-question matrix exploring temperaments that David Keirsey termed Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, and Rationalist. This career assessment tool is designed to help people gain a greater understanding of their own personality and how they interact with other people and their environment. That personality instrument is based on the Keirsey Temperament Theory™, published in the best selling books, Please Understand Me® by Dr. David Keirsey.
