Booking: You may book coaching sessions through this website or by contacting Emilia directly. Sessions are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments: All fees must be agreed before starting the first session. Invoices must be paid as per the agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made by you at least 24hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable. In the event where Emilia needs to reschedule or cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative session.
