Career Compass Coaching Tools
I will match the tools most optimal and suitable to Your individual needs and Your coaching goals. I will ask You to complete at least 2 scientifically validated psychometric assessments and You will have an opportunity to learn about Your personality type. MBTI®, The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, is a personality inventory based on the theory of psychological types described by Carl Gustav Jung. It indicates your personality preferences in 4 dimensions: Where you focus your attention, The way you take in information, How you make decisions and How you deal with the world. Each has assigned the letter and the four letters that make up your personality type can help you to understand yourself and your interactions with others.

NERIS Type Explorer® Scale is constructed on the Myers and Briggs theories without incorporated Jungian concepts of cognitive functions or their prioritization. They reworked and rebalanced the dimensions of the Big Five personality traits, which dominates modern psychological and social research, and introduced one more personality preference which signifies an individual’s response to coping with the stress. This section will describe five personality aspects that, when combined, define the personality type: Mind, Energy, Nature, Tactics and Identity.

The Keirsey Questionnaire called also the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, is the 70-question matrix exploring temperaments that David Keirsey termed Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, and Rationalist. This career assessment tool is designed to help people gain a greater understanding of their own personality and how they interact with other people and their environment. That personality instrument is based on the Keirsey Temperament Theory™, published in the best selling books, Please Understand Me® by Dr. David Keirsey.
EMITY Career Caching Schedule
  • Firstly, we will connect and talk about Your coaching needs, so I know what career coaching solution would be the best for You and how I can support You with achieving Your goals.
  • We are going to agree on first session and discuss the schedule in advance (re frequency and days of the week).
  • Be ready to be open, honest and even vulnerable, as I will ask You many different questions and You will do most of the talking 🙂
  • I like to start every session with visualisation or meditative exercises - if this is not Your cup of tea, it's fine. We can skip it!
  • Expect some homework after each session. This is not going to be an exhaustive part of the coaching process, but will definitely require some time and attention outside of coaching sessions.
  • No matter what's Your time zone, we can discuss and agree our coaching schedule via online platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype or Meta (Facebook Messenger).  If you live in South-East of UK, the face-to-face coaching is available (details to be discussed and agreed).
  • Have protected time for our coaching sessions as each one will last usually between 50-90minutes. Your financial investment is appropriate to the number of sessions of Your chosen EMITY coaching solution.
